At Still Survive, your satisfaction is our priority. While most of our products are fulfilled by global suppliers, we’ll do our best to resolve any issue you might face.

Accepted Conditions for Refund or Reshipment:

1. Damaged or defective item upon arrival

2. Wrong item received

3. Item not received within 45 business days (lost in transit)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

1. Change of mind

2. Wrong size ordered (for wearable items – please refer to size chart)

3. Delayed shipping caused by carrier or customs
