At Still Survive, your satisfaction is our priority. While most of our products are fulfilled by global suppliers, we’ll do our best to resolve any issue you might face.
✅ Accepted Conditions for Refund or Reshipment:
1. Damaged or defective item upon arrival
2. Wrong item received
3. Item not received within 45 business days (lost in transit)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
1. Change of mind
2. Wrong size ordered (for wearable items – please refer to size chart)
3. Delayed shipping caused by carrier or customs
💸 Refunds
If eligible, we’ll issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, or offer free reshipment.
